Their journey began in 2016 when Mandy, fueled by her passion for entrepreneurship, decided to launch her own agency in Cañon City, Colorado. With a background in finance, specializing in commercial small businesses and growth markets, Mandy laid the foundation for what would become a thriving business. Josh, already seasoned with eight years of experience as a personal lines producer, soon joined forces with Mandy, blending his expertise with her vision.

As the agency expanded, they recognized the need for greater depth and welcomed their trusted friend Nicole Thomas to the team. This partnership transformed the agency into a powerhouse, prompting a rebrand to Providence Insurance—a name that honors the Lord’s guidance in their journey.
