Providence Insurance — The Reed Agency is the result of a shared dream between high school sweethearts and business partners, Josh and Mandy Reed. The journey began in 2016, when Mandy turned her passion for entrepreneurship into an agency of her own in Cañon City, Colorado. With a background in finance and a focus on small commercial businesses and growth markets, she laid the foundation for what the agency has become.

Josh joined soon after, bringing eight years of experience as a personal lines producer. His expertise and Mandy’s vision moved the agency forward — and as the work grew, they welcomed their trusted friend Nicole Thomas, adding the depth their clients deserved.

That partnership led to a rebrand to Providence Insurance, a name that honors the Lord’s guidance in their journey. As the agency approaches its tenth year, it serves clients nationwide from appointment-only offices in Cañon City and Florence, Colorado.

Today the agency offers commercial, personal, Medicare, and life & health coverage, with particular depth in commercial real estate, technology, construction and trucking, along with home and auto insurance. For the senior community, that commitment takes the form of patient, personal help with Medicare supplements and Advantage plans.
