When can I change my Medicare coverage?
The annual enrollment period runs October 15 through December 7 each year. If you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, you can also switch plans or return to Original Medicare January 1 through March 31.
What is the difference between Medicare Advantage and a Medicare supplement?
A Medicare Advantage plan is an alternative way to receive your Original Medicare benefits through a private plan. A Medicare supplement (Medigap) policy works alongside Original Medicare and helps pay certain out-of-pocket costs. They are different types of coverage.
